get donkey!

I can hardly remember what the name means anymore.

I have never understood the classic computer game, Minesweeper.

  1. It’s actually just a little logic game. The numbers in the squares indicate the number of the 8 possible adjacent squares that contain “mines.” So, if you’ve got a square that says “1″ in it, and there’s only one un-explored square connected to that one, you know that that square has a mine in it, and you can put a flag in it. The idea is to clear off the entire board and leave ONLY those squares with mines in them.

  2. Numbers hurt my head.

  3. I have never understood the classic computer game, Minesweeper either, but what I do understand is that Houstonians have bigger problems right now, major problems, such as traffic congestion, transit, and flooding. Who is most qualified to deal with them but a registered professional engineer who has been working with civil engineering issues for over 15 years.
Do you think Metro’s referendum and light rail is an issue for Houston? Who could be more qualified to deal with light rail issues than a transportation engineer who has worked in the Dallas light rail?
There is only one candidate for district H with these qualificaitons. Maybe Minesweeper is too hard of a game for either of us, but I am Gonzalo Camacho, P.E.

  5. Hey, Gonzalo impersonator…

It was kind of funny the first time, but I don’t think it’s too cool to keep faking someone’s ID. Please stop, or I will have to ban yor IP address.

    Thanks,

Minesweeper is just a nice, little game you can play in a few seconds, while waiting for something else to happen. Like with my dial-up access.

It’s more fun when you play on an expanded board -I normally use the maximum size, around 24 x 30, with 99 mines. Or you can just watch the streams with 5 mines.
