It sounds like grand opening for a discount store or something.
I almost expect the next line to be:
The first 100 customers through the door will receive a Homeland Security Store T-Shirt featuring the department’s official slogan “Tom Ridge says: ‘Thumb your nose at the Terrorists!’” Also, free “Homeland Heroes” trading cards for all kids under twelve!
Are the t-shirts available in the five colors of the threat code chart?
